Recognizing mind parasites

Don’t forget that there are good and evil spirits. There are unseen forces at work — some of them hinder us, manipulate us toward darker feelings and appetites so that we produce the sort of energy they can harvest. But we are even less alone in the spirit world where location is irrealized, and sympathetic vibration transcends boundaries of space and time. This card indicates the presence of parasitism, and morbid, ravenous appetites. This could involve aspects of yourself, or of others (persons, entities). A life that is not driven by meaning, by a core of self development and the will to help others, quickly devolves into the hungry ghost lifestyle where one is forever looking for the next buzz, the next rush, hottie, payout, whatever, to fill the vast, bored, inner emptiness that can never be sated. The Devouring Mother is an archetype that refers to the devouring aspect of nature/the feminine. An addict is an example of someone caught in the jaws of this all too real archetypal force. Parasites, which outnumber all other species four or five to one are embodiments of this energy. People (individually or in collectives such as governments) can be parasites or predators and embody this force as well. The battle could be within, without, or both. The Gorgon of Greek Mythology and is an example of the archetype of the devouring mother. But this archetype is not merely found in ancient mythologies; you can find many iterations of it walking down a city street. It could be a coworker that wants to see you fail, an addiction that would like to consume your money and health, or a sexual vampire. Consider this a propitious time to summon your will to defend yourself from the many forms of the devouring mother.

Shining a lantern on the hidden parasites. What is sucking your energy? Although I’ve written extensively on the subject “mind parasites,” what’s stealing your energy is usually not anything mysterious. The parasites in your life are probably all too familiar. Addictions are the most common parasite, followed by people who want your energy/attention more than authentic relationship. Everything in your life involves energetic transactions. You are receiving and giving off energy continually. To shine a light on the parasites in your life, track where your time, life energy/sexual chi, and money are going. Where do they go without coming back in a way that seems symbiotic, synergistic, and fulfilling? Of course there are some transactions that are appropriately self-sacrificing for moral reasons — for example, taking care of someone who genuinely cannot take care of himself. But there are other endeavors, habits, relationships, activities where we squander time, life energy/sexual chi, and money without any positive return for anyone. According to mainstream biology parasites out number all other types of species four or five to one. All organisms contain parasites, and most of those parasites have parasites of their own. What is feeding on your energy? On what energies do you feed? Parasites may be microbial, governmental, interpersonal, intrapsychic. We cannot assume that we are not parasites since we are part of a mega-parasite species that feeds off of much of the life on this planet. This is a propitious time to recognize parasitism in your life.

This is a propitious time to detoxify yourself and break free from societal/social conditioning and enslavement to the Babylon Matrix. What are the foreign toxins you have allowed yourself to be injected with? Every time you eat junk food, or allow a known toxin into your body or mind you are submitting to Matrix Injection. An obvious form of matrix injection is the modern tendency to eat food-like substances composed of highly manipulated dubious ingredients. Another form of matrix injection is promiscuity, an exchange of vital energy with strangers. Just as the exchange of bodily fluids can be dangerous on the microbiological plane, the careless exchange of essential energy can be just as dangerous on other levels. In what areas of your life are you under the power of malign conditioning? We are constantly being bombarded with toxic conditioning in the form of advertisements and societal/social pressures of all sorts. We may be under the insidious influence of “mind parasites” which could take the form of memes (units of cultural transmission) or, more controversially, various entities. Is there a spell of some sort (infatuation, obsession, identification, laziness, negativity, false enthusiasm, addiction, compulsion, one-sided belief, etc) that blinds your view? Open your eyes and regain your inner power! According to the Taoist I Ching, evolution occurs on the path of “reverse alchemy,” the path of returning to Tao and essence. It does not necessarily occur merely by being in tune with the Tao and essence. Viruses, daisies, spiders all live perfectly in tune with the Tao and their essence, never deviate from it, but they don’t have the human potential for metamorphic evolution.
